    • 1 pkg (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
    • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
    • 2 pkg (4-serving size) lemon flavored instant pudding & pie filling
    • 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package for 2 (8"or 9") round cake layers. Cool completely.
    2. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Immediately spread over tops of cake layers.
    3. Top 1 cake layer with remaining layer. Frost top and side of cake with whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover cake in refrigerator.
