    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1/3 cup cocoa
    • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
    • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
    • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
    • Frosting:
    • 1 lb confectioners' sugar
    • 1/3 cup cocoa
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
    • 1 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Set aside.
    2. In mixing bowl, cream sugar, cocoa, and butter, until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix well. Stir in flour, coconut, and pecans.
    3. Pour into baking pan. Bake 40 minutes. When done, spread marshmallow creme over top. Cool before frosting.
    4. Make frosting: Sift together confectioners' sugar and cocoa. Set aside. Cream butter in mixing bowl. Add sugar-cocoa mixture. Fold in evaporated milk and vanilla.
