List of Ingredients



• 1 ½ cup flour, sifted
  
• 1 cup quick oats
  
• 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  
• 1/3 cup sugar
  
• 1 ¼ tsp baking soda
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1 tsp cinnamon
  
• ½ cup shortening
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 can (8 ¼ oz) crushed pineapple
  
• 3 tbsp water
  






Instructions



1. Combine the above ingredients in a bowl. Blend at low speed ½ minutes until all is moistened. Then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
   
   
2. Bake in 9 inch square pan, greased and lined with waxed paper, at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
   
3. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Turn out on rack. Serve with whipped cream or any dessert topping.
