List of Ingredients



• 4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled, and mashed (3 cups)
  
• 4 eggs whites or 2 whole eggs
  
• 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  
• 1/4 cup sugar
  
• 1/4 cup orange juice
  
• 2 T butter
  
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  
• 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  
• 2 T vanilla
  
• 1 frozen deep-dish piecrust, thawed
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
   
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the piecrust. Mix well, and pour into unbaked piecrust.
   
3. Bake for 1 hour or until center is firm but not sticky to the touch.
   
4. Cool 30 minutes.
