    Recipe Introduction

These candies can be made by the kids. They are easy to make and don't require any heating. They make a great ending to a holiday dinner or supper. Make a big batch because they sure do go fast!!

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 package (6 oz.) of semi sweet chocolate chips
    • 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine, divided
    • 1 cup of powdered sugar
    • 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint extract
    • 2-5 drops of green food coloring
    • 3-4 teaspoons of milk

    2. In a medium bowl combine the sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter, the peppermint extract, and food coloring. Beat with electric beater adding milk as needed, until smooth and stiff frosting consistency.
