    Chicken and Dried Beef Casserole

    • 1 jar of dried beef, 2 1/2 oz
    • 6 to 8 chicken breast halves, boned
    • 4 slices bacon, halved
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 pint sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Pound chicken breasts and roll up. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around rolled chicken breast, putting open end down. Place in lightly greased casserole lined with dried beef.
    3. Mix soups and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
    4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.
