    • 2 cans (17 oz each) cream-style corn
    • 1 cup minute white rice, uncooked
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp black pepper
    • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased 9" square baking dish.
    2. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.


    Final Comments
