Creamed Corn Casserole

- 2 cans (17 oz each) cream-style corn
- 1 cup minute white rice, uncooked
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased 9" square baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
