Sour Cream Corn Casserole




List of Ingredients



• 4 strips of bacon (fry until crispy)
  
• 1 small onion, chopped fine
  
• 2 cans drained yellow corn
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1 egg, beaten
  
• salt and pepper to taste
  






Instructions



1. Leave a little bacon grease in the pan and saute the onions in this. Break up the bacon into small pieces and set aside. Mix together: corn, sour cream, onions, egg, and salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with bacon.
   
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
