Sour Cream Corn Casserole
List of Ingredients
- 4 strips of bacon (fry until crispy)
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 2 cans drained yellow corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Leave a little bacon grease in the pan and saute the onions in this. Break up the bacon into small pieces and set aside. Mix together: corn, sour cream, onions, egg, and salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with bacon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
