    This is such a great way to use up leftover turkey. It also tastes wonderful.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 cups cooked wild rice
    • 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
    • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    • 3 celery ribs, sliced
    • 1 1/3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9x2-inch pan.
    2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
    3. Pour into baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
    4. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
