    Cappuccino Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
    • 2 T sugar
    • 3 T butter, melted
    • 32 oz cream cheese
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 T flour
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 T instant coffee powder
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
    • 1/4 cup boiling water


    Instructions


    1. Combine finely chopped nuts, 2 T sugar, and melted butter; press onto bottom of 9" springform cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

    2. Dissolve instant coffee powder and cinnamon in boiling water. Let sit until cool.

    3. In bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar,and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Gradually add cooled coffee mixture to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended. Pour over crust.

    4. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing from pan.

    5. Chill.
