    List of Ingredients


    • 1 16-oz. pkg one-step angel food cake mix
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
    • 4 2/3 cups flaked coconut


    Instructions


    1. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
    2. In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, water and extract on low speed for 30 seconds.

    3. Scrape bowl; beat on medium for 1 minute. Fold in the coconut. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined baking sheet.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or nicely browned. Remove paper and cookies from pan to cooling rack.
