    Chocolate Chunk Snowballs

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups butter, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 3 1/2 cups flour
    • 1/2 cup cornstarch
    • 6 (1 oz) squares bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    • 1 cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
    • additional powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Beat butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and cornstarch, then chocolate and pecans. Roll dough into 1" balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
    3. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on wire racks. Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
