    Cookie Dough Cream Cheese Cups

    Recipe Introduction


    These are like little individual cheesecakes.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
    • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. With floured hands, press about 1 T of the ocokie dough onto the bottom and up the sides of each of 24, ungreased, miniature, muffin cups. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
    3. Using the end of a wooden spoon handle, reshape the puffed cookie cups. Cool for 5 minute before removing from the pan ot a wire rack to cool completely.
    4. In a small mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in the confectioners' sugar.
    5. Spoon the mixture into the cookie cups. Store in the refrigerator.
