    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter -- softened
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 dash salt
    • 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
    • 3/4 cup coconut flakes
    • 1 cup chocolate chips
    • 1 cup crispy rice cereal


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

    2. Cream together butter, sugar & brown sugar. Beat
      in vanilla & egg. Stir in flour, baking powder &
      salt. Mix in oats, coconut & chocolate chips.
      Gently stir in crisp rice cereal. Roll batter
      into small balls; place on prepared cookie sheets.

    3. Bake 15-20 minutes.
