    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup softened sweet butter
    • 1 small (3 oz) stick of softened cream cheese
    • 1 1/4 cups flour
    • 1 small jar of jam - choose apricot, raspberry or apple
    • Powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Beat the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    2. Add flour, then roll the dough out on a floured surface.
    3. With a sharp knife, slice into squares about 2" across and place these on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    4. Place a small spoonful of jam on each cookie and loosely fold opposite corners together, pinching at the edge.
    5. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    Makes about 2 dozen cookies
