List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened sweet butter
- 1 small (3 oz) stick of softened cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 small jar of jam - choose apricot, raspberry or apple
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Beat the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add flour, then roll the dough out on a floured surface.
- With a sharp knife, slice into squares about 2" across and place these on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Place a small spoonful of jam on each cookie and loosely fold opposite corners together, pinching at the edge.
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
