    Yellow Cake Cookies


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large box yellow cake mix, dry
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 6 oz brittle bits or butterscotch chips


    Instructions


    1. Mix cake mix, egg and oil together. Stir in bits or chips. Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.


    Final Comments
