Cook-Ahead Beef Meals
List of Ingredients
- 4 to 6 beef cubed steaks
- olive oil
- 2 to 3 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg (1 oz) dry onion or mushroom soup mix
Instructions
- Lightly brown cubed steaks in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Place steaks into slow cooker. Add soup, water (1/2 cup water per can of soup) and soup mix; stir. Cover; cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours.
