    • 2 lbs beef roast
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 1 T chili powder
    • 1 T crushed oregano
    • 1 minced garlic clove
    • 10 oz can diced green chiles
    • 28 oz can diced tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Place meat in slow cooker, top with rest of ingredients in order given. Cook on high for 5 hours (low 10 hours).
    2. Break up meat with wooden spoon then cover and cook on low for 2 more hours.
    3. Shred meat thoroughly with two forks and cook for another hour.
    4. Serve rolled in flour tortillas, topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, black olives, and salsa.
