    Chili Con Queso with Corn Tortillas

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can of chili, no beans
    • 1 lb Velveeta (the Mild Mexican style)
    • 1 (4 oz) can green chiles, diced
    • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
    • 3 scallions, chopped end to end
    • 4 T red onion, chopped
    • blue corn tortillas


    Instructions


    1. Combine all the ingredients in a heavy skillet and heat until smooth, reaching just a boil. Be careful not to burn.
    2. Turn into crockpot. Heat on low. Serve in the crockpot at a low setting with a bowl of blue corn tortillas. Or use frito's scoops.
