Chili Con Queso with Corn Tortillas

- 1 can of chili, no beans
- 1 lb Velveeta (the Mild Mexican style)
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles, diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 3 scallions, chopped end to end
- 4 T red onion, chopped
- blue corn tortillas
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a heavy skillet and heat until smooth, reaching just a boil. Be careful not to burn.
- Turn into crockpot. Heat on low. Serve in the crockpot at a low setting with a bowl of blue corn tortillas. Or use frito's scoops.
