    List of Ingredients


    • 2-1/2 lb boneless chuck steak
    • 2 TB vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp. ground ginger
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1 TB sugar
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Cut steak into 1/8-inch thick slices.

    2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

    3. Place meat in a crock pot. Pour sauce over top.

    4. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 6 to 8 hours.

    5. Serve over cooked rice.
