    Spicy cayenne takes a dip in a refreshing artichoke-zucchini blend. Serve piping hot with thick slices of warm crusty bread.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
    • 1 small zucchini, grated
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 green onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne


    Instructions


    1. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
    2. Cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, and serve hot.
