    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound of onions, peeled and sliced
    • 2 pounds of lean beef round rump roast cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
    • 1 large clove of garlic, crushed
    • 1/4 cup of tomato paste
    • 1 tablespoon of paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon of caraway seed
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups of beef broth (homemade or canned)
    • 1/4 of sour cream ( fat free type is fine to use)


    Instructions


    1. Put onion and beef in crock pot. Add garlic, tomato paste, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and broth, mix.
    2. Cover and cook on Low heat for 18-20 hours.
    3. Blend sour cream into meat mixture.
    4. Serve with potatoes, egg noodles, dumplings, or bread.
