    • 1-1/2 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 cup raw rice
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup


    Instructions


    1. In bowl combine beef, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well to blend.
    2. Shape into 24 meatballs, about 1-1/2" in diameter.
    3. Place meatballs in slow cooker, pour soup over top.
    4. Cover; cook on Low for 7 - 8 hours, or Medium for 4 - 5 hrs.
