    Blueberry-Nectarine Crisp

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds nectarines, pitted and cut into eighths
    • 1 pint blueberries (about 2 cups)
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375°.

    2. Toss nectarines, berries, sugar, juice and cornstarch in large bowl.

    3. Spoon fruit mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch square dish.
    4. In same bowl mix flour and brown sugar. With fingertips, mix butter into flour mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of fruit.

    5. Bake in 375° oven 50 to 60 minutes, until bubbly and browned.
