    Blueberry Pear Cobbler

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (15 oz) cans of sliced pears
    • 1 (7 oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix
    • 3 T margarine, cubed


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cup of the juice. Pour pears and reserved juice into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with muffin mix. Dot with margarine.
    3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and top is lightly browned.
