    List of Ingredients

    • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
    • 3 T unsalted butter
    • 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
    • 2 T all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 3 large eggs
    • 3 T heavy or whipping cream
    • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 1/2 tsp Kahlua
    • 8 oz mixed chopped chocolate or morsels (milk, white, and/or semisweet)
    • 2 oz white chocolate, melted
    • 2 oz semisweet or milk chocolate, melted

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 3 miniature muffing pans (36 cups in total) with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Melt chocolate and butter together in the top of a double boiler. Set aside.
    3. In a large bowl, whisk honey, flour, and salt. Whisk in eggs, cream, vanilla, and Kahlua just until combined. Add melted chocolate mixture and fold in chopped chocolate. Fill each mini cup 2/3 full with batter. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    4. Loosen Chunkies around edges with knife. Allow to cool 3 to 5 minutes. Remove and set upright on racks to cool completely.
    5. Spoon each kind of melted chocolate into two separate small, sealable plastic bags. Push chocolate in both bags toward one corner. Snip off tip of chocolate filled corners and drizzle chocolate over tops of chunkies.
