    List of Ingredients


    • CRUST:
    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • FILLING:
    • 3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
    • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
    • 2 T cornstarch
    • 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 T pumpkin pie spice
    • TOPPING:
    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Crust: Combine ingredients and press into a 9" springform pan.
    2. Filling: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugars and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, cornstach and spices. Add to cream cheese mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. Remove from oven, combine topping ingredients and pour topping mixture over cake. Return to 350 degree oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator.
