This can be made the night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.





List of Ingredients



• 12 eggs
  
• 4 tbl. butter, melted
  
• 16 oz. cottage cheese
  
• 3 cups shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese
  
• 1 4-oz. can chopped green chiles
  
• 1/2 cup flour
  
• 1 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1/4 tsp. cumin
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Pour into well-greased 9" x13" baking dish.
   
2. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
