    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 3 T orange juice
    • 2 T honey
    • 1 T vegetable oil
    • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp dried cilantro leaves
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4" strips


    Instructions


    1. Place soy sauce, orange juice, honey, vegetable oil, sesame oil, cilantro, garlic and ginger in 1 cup glass measure and mix until well combined. Pour into self closing plastic bag or shallow glass dish.
    2. Add chicken strips and toss or stir to coat.
    3. Cover if using dish and refrigerate at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
    4. Preheat broiler or grill.
    5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
    6. Weave chicken strips onto metal skewers and broil or grill 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked, turning halfway through cooking.
