    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 T lime juice
    • 1 1/2 lbs skirt steak
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • 2 T olive oil
    • 8 (10") flour or corn tortillas
    • 1 (16 oz) salsa, thick and chunky
    • 2 avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
    • 1 cup diced peeled onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro


    Instructions


    1. Preheat grill.
    2. Sprinkle lime juice over steak and season both sides with salt and pepper.
    3. Grease rack with olive oil before placing steak on grill. Grill until desired doneness is reached. Medium is an internal temperature of 140 degrees. Transfer to a cutting board to rest. Thinly slice across the grain.
    4. Quickly warm tortillas on grill, about 5 seconds per side.
    5. Serve meat in tortillas with salsa, avocado, onion and cilantro.
