    From Jamaica with a touch of spice.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can Goya Pigeon Peas
    • 1 cup Canilla Long-Grain Rice
    • 1/2 cup Goya Coconut Milk
    • 1/2 tsp. allspice
    • Nutmeg, few grains


    Instructions


    1. Cook rice according to package directions, substituting coconut milk for part of the liquid. Add spices.
    2. Heat pigeon peas; drain.
    3. Combine with rice. Serve hot.
