Cold Peanut-Noodle Salad

List of Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 3/4 cup bottled peanut sauce
- 1 bag (5 oz) baby Asian salad
Instructions
- Cook pasta as package directs. Drain in colander, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Cool under cold running water, drain and return pasta to pot.
- Add peanut sauce and reserved cooking water. Toss to coat.
- Arrange on greens. Toss to mix and coat. Garnish with chopped honey-roasted peanuts if desired.
