    Cold Peanut-Noodle Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz linguine
    • 3/4 cup bottled peanut sauce
    • 1 bag (5 oz) baby Asian salad


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta as package directs. Drain in colander, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Cool under cold running water, drain and return pasta to pot.
    2. Add peanut sauce and reserved cooking water. Toss to coat.
    3. Arrange on greens. Toss to mix and coat. Garnish with chopped honey-roasted peanuts if desired.


    Final Comments


    Serves 4.
