    List of Ingredients


    • 1 T oil
    • 1 lb beef top round steak, cut into thin bite-sized strips
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 2 T teriyaki sauce
    • 2 tsp ginger
    • 1 (1 lb) pkg frozen broccoli, carrots, and water chestnuts
    • 1 (3 oz) pkg oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
    • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, garlic, teriyaki sauce and ginger; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
    2. Add vegetables; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
    3. Meanwhile, discard seasoning packet from soup mix or reserve for a later use. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Add noodles to beef mixture; toss to mix. Sprinkle with peanuts. If desired, serve with additional teriyaki sauce.
