    • 10 Mission® 98% Fat Free Fajita Size Flour Tortillas warmed
    • 1 lb. Flank Steak
    • 1/2 cup Lime Juice
    • 1/4 cup Cilantro minced
    • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
    • 2 Tbsps. Olive Oil
    • 1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
    • 3 cloves Garlic minced
    • 1 Bell Pepper sliced
    • 1 medium Onion sliced
    • Garnish: Pace® Salsa, Sour Cream, Avocado slices


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together. Marinate meat in mixture overnight.
    2. Grill bell pepper, onion and meat, basting with marinade. Cut meat in strips. Place meat and vegetables in tortillas and top with optional garnishes as desired.
