    Baked Salmon with Vegetables

    • 4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
    • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1 medium tomato, chopped
    • 1/3 cup Kraft special collection Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing


    Instructions


    1. Place salmon fillets, skin sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
    2. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended; spoon over salmon.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.
