    • 1 1/2 lbs Cobia
    • 1/2 cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb or Rosemary Garlic Marinade
    • 1 tbsp Cajun Shake
    • 1 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
    • 1/3 cup Olive Oil


    Instructions


    1. Cut fish into 4 (6 oz) steaks, and place in a bowl.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    3. Pour the mixture over the fish and marinate for 5 minutes.
    4. Remove fish from marinade and grill for 8-10 minutes or until fish is firm.
    5. Turn as necessary, basting with the marinade each time.
