    List of Ingredients


    • 4 8 oz Red Snapper Filets
    • 2 tbsp Cajun Injector Quick Shake Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    • 2 tbsp Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce
    • 1 cup Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic or Roasted Garllic & Herb Marinade
    • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 Ripe Tomato, sliced 1/4
    • 1 Red Onion, sliced 1/4
    • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
    • 4 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 Lemon, juiced


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. Pat the red snapper filets dry and season both sides with Cajun Injector Quick Shake Lemon Pepper Seasoning and Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce.
    3. Mix Lemon Butter Garlic Marinade and olive oil in a small bowl.
    4. Place fish in a 12x10 baking dish and pour marinade over the filets.
    5. To serve place fish on plate spoon lemon butter sauce that the fish was cooked in over top and garnish with chopped parsley, grated cheese and fresh lemon juice.
