    Sesame-Lime Salmon

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cloves garlic, peeled, chopped and divided
    • 2 T Thai seasoning, like The Spice Hunter
    • 1 T vegetable oil
    • 2 tsp finely grated gingerroot
    • 1 lime, zested and juiced
    • 1 salmon fillet (about 2 lbs)
    • 1 T toasted sesame seeds


    Instructions


    1. Heat grill or broiler. In bowl, combine 1/2 chopped garlic, seasoning, oil, gingerroot and 1 T lime juice. Place salmon skin side down on greased foil.
    2. Brush fillet with garlic mixture. Grill (with cover closed) or broil 15 minutes, or until fish flakes.
    3. In bowl, combine remaining garlic, 1 T zest and seeds. Pat on salmon.
