    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pnd ground Elk
    • 1/4 tsp dried Oregano
    • 2 lg Onions
    • 8 slices French Bread
    • 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
    • 1 tbsp Mustard
    • 1 clove Garlic, minced
    • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
    • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
    • 2 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Recipe Marinade
    • Salt & Pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Mix ground Elk, thyme, oregano, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and marinade together well.
    2. Shape into 4 patties and grill until done, 10-15 minutes.

    3. Top with cheese.
    4. In skillet , cook onions in oil, seasoning with salt and pepper until tender.
    5. Toast bread on grill for a few minute; may brush with melted butter first if desired.
    6. Place patties on French bread and top with onions.
