    List of Ingredients


    • 8 lbs Elk roast
    • 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
    • 1 can Cajun Shake
    • 1 stick Butter


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in mixing bowl and add marinade.
    2. Inject Elk roast approximately 1 ounce per pound and sprinkle in a light coat of Cajun Shake.
    3. Place on a ready smoker for about 4 hours.
