    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 cup whole milk
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. Rinse your Cuisinart ice cream maker freezer bowl. If it has been in storage, or has never been used, the bowl should be dusted and rinsed clean before use.
    2. Plug in the Cuisinart ice cream maker. Since the ice cream maker has a built-in cooling system, no ice or salt is needed.
    3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring until well blended before adding to the Cuisinart ice cream maker.
    4. Pour ingredients mixture into the Cuisinart ice cream maker freezer bowl.
    5. Turn Cuisinart ice cream maker on and allow to mix for 20 to 25 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
    6. Pour ice cream from the Cuisinart ice cream maker bowl into a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to two hours before serving. This step is optional; the ice cream can be enjoyed right away if desired.
