    • 1 16-ounce packed pumpkin
    • 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves


    Instructions


    1. In medium saucepan, combine ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
    2. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
    3. Pour mixture into sterilized canning jars and seal immediately. Store in refrigerator.
