    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 tablespoon mustard
    • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon horseradish
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • dash of pepper


    Instructions


    1. Mix soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish together and set aside.
    2. Lightly beat egg, add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of the soup mixture. Add beef, mix well. Shape into 6 patties, brown in a skillet.
    3. Pour remaining soup mixture over patties; cover and cook on low heat about 20 minutes.
