    Beef Brisket is best when cooked slowly for many hours either in the oven or on the grill.


    List of Ingredients


    • 12 lbs Beef Brisket
    • 2 16 oz jars Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Recipe or Honey Bacon BBQ Recipe Marinade


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Trim all fat from brisket before starting.
    3. Inject brisket with marinade using 2- 3 oz. marinade per pound of meat.
    4. Place roast in a 2-3 inch deep pan, pour remaining marinade over top and cover with foil.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for appx. 3 1/2 hours or until tender.
    6. Remove foil and brown for 15 minutes.

    Yield: 10 to 12 servings

    Rare: 115-120 degrees (internal temp)
    Medium: 130 degrees (internal temp)
    Well: 140 degrees (intenal temp)
