- 1 12-16 oz Steak
- 8 oz Cajun Injector BBQ Mesquite Marinade
- 3 tbsp Cajun Shake
Instructions
- Place steak in shallow plastic container, pour BBQ Mesquite marinade over the steak.
- Marinate the steak overnight covered in refrigerator.
- Remove steak from marinate season with Cajun Shake and grill on high heat, until desired doneness.
