    London Broil With Lime Onions

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 red onion, peeled, very thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup lime juice
    • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    • 1 pound London broil, about 1 inch thick
    • 1/4 cup fresh-ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon flour


    Instructions


    1. In a small glass bowl, combine onions, lime juice and Tabasco; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    2. Rub meat all over with pepper and salt. Sprinkle half the flour on each side of the meat.
    3. Sauté over high heat in a large sauté pan, until well seared, 5 to 7 minutes on each side for rare.
    4. Remove from heat and serve in thick slices, topped with generous portion of the marinated onions.
