    Recipe Introduction


    The mixture of black, red, and lemon peppers gives this steak its lively flavor.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 tsps garlic powder
    • 3 tsps dried thyme
    • 2 tsps ground black pepper
    • 1 1/2 tsps salt
    • 1 1/2 tsps lemon pepper
    • 1 1/2 tsps ground red pepper
    • 1 1/2 tsps dried parsley flakes
    • 6 (1 1/2-inch-thick) rib-eye steaks
    • 3 T olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Brush steaks with oil; rub with seasoning mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour.
    2. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400) 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
