    Quick & Easy Teriyaki Steak


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 flank stead, 1 1/2 lbs to 2 lbs
    • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
    • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    • 1/2 tsp oil
    • 1/2 tsp ginger
    • 1 T Dijon-style mustard
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed


    Instructions


    1. Wipe steak with damp paper towel and place in dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over steak.
    2. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours, turning meat occasionally.
    3. Barbecue or broil approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side.


    Final Comments


    4 servings.

    Good served with stir fried vegetables, green salad, and rice or baked potato
