    Simple Beef Burgundy


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs beef stew meat
    • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 cup burgundy


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and baked, uncovered, for 3 hours at 325 degrees.
    2. Serve with egg noodles or rice.
