    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces uncooked pasta
    • 8 ounces broccolini, baby broccoli or broccoli florets
    • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion or shallots
    • 1 package Knorr® Alfredo sauce mix
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccolini during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain and keep warm.
    2. Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in Knorr® Alfredo sauce mix blended with milk and cheese. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon juice. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.

    3. In large serving bowl, toss sauce with hot pasta and broccolini. Serve, if desired, with lemon wedges and additional grated Parmesan cheese.
